The house at Proitzer Platz 8 is a listed building in the village of Benndorf in the municipality of Kabelsketal in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the outskirts of Benndorf and borders the garden of the Böcker Guts .

Architecture and history

The building was built in the 18th century as a residential building on a homestead. It is made of clay construction and has an upper floor in truss technology . The house is covered with a half-hip roof .

Originally the address of the building was Dorfplatz 8. It is registered as a residential building in the local monument register under the number 094 55367.
