countries

The organization is represented in several countries with country-specific teams:

approach

The aim of the organization is to standardize the framework conditions for university applicants in order to give all applicants equal access to the available resources and to facilitate their access to top universities. Potential students are referred to mentors via a mentor matching system, who will then provide them with advice and practical help with the application. Mentors use various tools such as emails to remind students of upcoming application deadlines, various informative lectures and workshops. In addition, all mentees have access to an online knowledge database with tips on everything an applicant needs to know during the application process. The mentors are all university students currently attending top universities such as the University of Oxford , the London School of Economics and Harvard University .

financing

Project Access is funded through a variety of channels, including partnerships, including corporations and organizations such as the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), the World Economic Forum and the McCall MacBain Foundation, as well as academic institutions such as the University of Cambridge .

The organization also won $ 72,000 in the 2017 London Creator Awards, where companies that “change the world” receive funding to build on their projects.
