Projekt Pro is the commercial planning software from Projekt Pro GmbH for architects and civil engineers , which has been developed since 1992. The software is used for planning construction projects and for handling administrative tasks in planning offices.
Range of functions
The software consists of the products Pro controlling, Pro enterprise with Pro simulation, Promanagement, Pro building, Pro forms, Pro tasks, Pro mobile, Pro ava ( tendering, awarding and billing ) Pro ava X and Pro topic.

Projekt Pro came onto the German market in 1992 and, with over 12,000 installations, can point to a wide distribution in architecture offices in German-speaking countries. An English version has been available since 2009 and a French version since 2015. According to the manufacturer, the software is currently (as of January 2019) used in 5 countries in over 2,000 architecture and engineering offices by 18,000 users. In the further development of the software, the needs of the users are taken into account in cooperative pilot projects.

Projekt Pro is based on a database management system from FileMaker . The integration in third-party systems takes place via a GAEB interface. Projekt Pro runs on the Windows, mac OS and iOS operating systems. Mixed networks are possible.
history
The first version came on the market in 1992 and was a standalone solution for handling AVA. The project controlling module followed in 1995. In 2000 the modules office & CRM as well as project management were added. With the last module Workflow & QM, the first workflow solution especially for planning offices came onto the market in 2010. In 2013 the company positioned itself with a new market presence and with the self-image "just work".
