ProtectCom is a German software company whose main business areas are the development of surveillance and security software.
In 2001, ProtectCom received the Big Brother Award in the Work Environment category for its WebSpy and e-Blaster surveillance products .
With the “Orvell Monitoring” software, a separate product was developed for the German market, with which the company became the market leader for visual PC monitoring solutions in Germany. ProtectCom GmbH is based in Saarbrücken .
