Process connection
In the process connecting more with him to a court -pending method for joint negotiation and decision-separated, provided in the various processes the asserted claims in connection with each other or from the outset with a single action could have been brought. This serves the process economy .
The connection of civil proceedings is regulated by Section 147 of the Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO); there is a comparable provision for social justice in Section 113 of the Social Court Act (SGG). Both regulations expressly provide that the combination of processes is also permitted if different parties or “ participants ” are involved in the process .
