The first edition was published on January 14, 1997. The editor-in-chief is Tomasz Siemieniec. The average sold circulation in early 2013 was around 12,000 copies (including the e-edition).

Outwardly, Puls Biznesu differs from its competitors Rzeczpospolita and Dziennik Gazeta Prawna through the tabloid format used and the more striking design with large headlines and photos. The newspaper's modern layout has won several awards. Articles are mostly kept shorter than the competition titles. In terms of content, in addition to economic and company-related reporting, the following focuses are set on certain days: real estate (Tuesdays), technology (Wednesdays), logistics (Thursdays) and the labor market (Fridays). The offer includes a weekend supplement ("Weekend"), a website, an Internet portal for stock market investors and an organizer for conferences and training courses. The “Gazele Biznesu” is an annual award given by the editorial staff to Polish companies.

Two other companies belong to Bonnier Business Polska : the medical journal "Puls Medycyny" is published in Medicine Today Poland Sp. Z oo . The Informedia Polska Sp. Z oo organizes events.
