Powder gas

For powder gases is gas , which in the combustion of z. B. smokeless gunpowder based on nitrocellulose or black powder arise. They drive the projectile through the barrel of firearms .

The powder gas mostly consists of CO 2 , CO , H 2 O , N 2 , H 2 and traces of other substances. In higher concentrations (closed rooms) it can lead to irritation of the respiratory tract and symptoms of poisoning.
