Pyramid Iceland (loosely translated from English pyramid Island ) is a distinctive and up to rocky island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is located 3 km north-northeast of Williams Point off the north coast of Livingston Island .high
It was probably already known to the first sealers operating in these waters in 1821. Scientists from the British Discovery Investigations carried out the mapping and descriptive naming in 1935.
