Pyramid Iceland (loosely translated from English pyramid Island ) is a distinctive and up to 205 m high rocky island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is located 3 km north-northeast of Williams Point off the north coast of Livingston Island .
It was probably already known to the first sealers operating in these waters in 1821. Scientists from the British Discovery Investigations carried out the mapping and descriptive naming in 1935.
