Qibin

The municipality of Qibin ( Chinese  淇滨 区 , Pinyin Qíbīn Qū ) belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture -level city of Hebi in Henan Province in the People's Republic of China . Qibin has an area of ​​295 km² and a population of 130,000 (2002). It is the center and seat of the city government of Hebi.
