Qinhuai
Qinhuai ( Chinese 秦淮 区 , Pinyin Qínhuái Qū ) is a Chinese municipality in the sub-provincial city of Nanjing in Jiangsu Province . It has an area of 49.39 km² and has a population of around 700,000 (2004). It emerged from the former Qinhuai District, which was merged with the former Baixia District to form the new Qinhuai District in February 2013 .
