Qiu Xigui

Qiu Xigui ( Chinese  裘錫圭 ; * 1935 ) is an important Chinese classical scholar and leading palaeographer . The focus of his work is the study of the history of Chinese writing . He teaches at Fudan University . His work Wenzixue gaiyao文字 學 概要 was translated into English by Gilbert L. Mattos and Jerry Norman .
