Quark cream vanilla

Quark dish is a dessert that is usually made from quark and ingredients with a sweet or sour flavor.

There is no standard recipe for preparation. Often it is enough to mix quark and fruit . Sugar, vanilla syrup, lemon juice , mineral water , milk , yoghurt , cream and gelatine are also added .
