Quentin Massys the Younger
Quentin Massys the Younger (* 1543 in Antwerp , † 1589 in Frankfurt am Main ) was a Flemish Renaissance painter .
Quentin Massys the Younger was the son of Jan Massys , who also worked as a painter. After his immigration to England, Quentin Massys worked at the royal court, like many other of his countrymen, such as Gerard Horenbout or his son. During the reign of Elizabeth I , Massys worked in England.
Quentin Massys was the younger’s grandfather.
