Quentin Wheeler
Quentin Wheeler ( Quentin David Wheeler; born April 27, 1955 in Long Branch , New Jersey ) is a former American hurdler who specialized in the 400-meter distance .
At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, he was fourth.
Starting for San Diego State University , he became NCAA champion in 1976 . He set his personal best of 48.39 s on June 17, 1979 in Walnut .
