Quicentro Sur

The Quicentro Sur Shopping is currently the largest shopping center in Ecuador .

The house, which opened in August 2010, is located directly at the Estación Morán Valverde bus station in the Chillogallo district of the capital Quito . Construction began in 2008 on a 10 hectare site of the former Coca-Cola factory in Ecuador.

On a built-up area of ​​around 165,000 m² with two floors there are 350 retail stores, an artificial ice rink, event center, sports facilities, several cinemas of the Supercines chain, bank branches, pharmacies and restaurants as well as a parking garage (underground car park two floors) with 3,000 spaces. The operator is DK Management Services. More than 5.5 million people visit the center each month.
