The Quilp rock is a small and isolated cliff rocks in Laubeuf Fjord before the Loubet coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is 5.5 km south-southeast of the southern tip of Piñero Island and 2.5 km off the northwest coast of Pourquoi-Pas Island .
Scientists from the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey mapped it and named it in 1948. It is named after Daniel Quilp, a dwarf figure from the story Der Raritätenladen ( The Old Curiosity Shop ) after Charles Dickens from 1841.
