Quintus Fabius Postuminus

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Quintus Fabius Postuminus was a Roman politician living in the 1st century AD .

A military diploma dated July 12, 96 proves that Postuminus 96 was a suffect consul with Titus Prifernius Paetus ; the two are also listed in the Fasti Ostienses , but in reverse order. Inscriptions show that he was governor ( Legatus Augusti pro praetore ) of the province of Moesia inferior around 102/103 . Another inscription shows that he was governor of the province of Asia around 111/112 .
