Quota
Ratio ( lat. Quota , share ') denotes a (percentage) share a total amount or Number, wherein the ratio of component sizes may refer. In contrast to the rate , which always relates to a period, the rate is always related to the size at a point in time. If the object of comparison is not included in the total amount (apples and pears in relation to apples), we speak of fake quotas.
