The Récif du Norsel ( French ) is a reef in the Géologie archipelago off the coast of the East Antarctic Adélieland . It is located north of the Fram Islands on the northern edge of the Baie Pierre Lejay .
French scientists named it in 1960 after the Norwegian sealer MV Norsel , from whom the reef was discovered.
