The Tour Kennedy ( German : Kennedy Tower), officially Résidence Kennedy , is a residential tower in the Belgian city of Liège , the capital of the province of the same name . The building is located on the Maas and is in close proximity to the city center. Directly next to the tower is the Pont Kennedy bridge, also named after John F. Kennedy , on Quai Paul van Hoegaerden 2 .

The building is 84.43 meters high and is spread over 27 floors. It was completed in 1970 and is therefore one of the first buildings in Belgium to exceed the 80 meter mark. At the time of completion, it was the tallest building in Liège and the Walloon region . It is currently the second tallest residential tower in Liège after the Tour Atlas and is also one of the tallest buildings in the city and the country .

The tower serves exclusively as a residential tower.
