The Röddelinsee is a lake in the state of Brandenburg . He is in the course of the Havel inflow Templin waters downriver and west of the city Templin .

The lake has an area of ​​180 hectares and stretches for about 3.3 km. Its width is a maximum of about 840 meters. The maximum depth is given as 39 meters. Its water volume is 26,751,315 m³. The total catchment area of ​​the lime-rich, layered lake is 28,899 hectares.

The village of Röddelin, which belongs to Templin, is located on the north shore of the lake . Across from Röddelin on the south bank is the western town of El Dorado .

The river flows through it from the northeast to the southwest end. In addition, three lateral tributaries flow into it. The Schulzenfelder Graben opens out on the northern edge of Röddelin, the Mahlgastgraben from Kleines and Großem Mahlgastsee in the southwest of the village. Opposite is the Höllengraben .
