Rörö is the northernmost island in the municipality of Öckerö in Sweden . The island is located in the Kattegat , on the southwest coast of Sweden in the Swedish province of Västra Götalands län and can only be reached by ferry from Bürö , a small island that is connected to Hälsö .
Flora and fauna
Rörö has a nature reserve, which is located in the northwest of the island and comprises two thirds of the island. The peninsula in the southeast of the island is called Köön.
