Rıdvan Sağlam (born January 7, 1988 in Bregenz ) is an Austrian - Turkish football player.
Career
Sağlam was born to parents of Turkish origin in Bregenz, Austria, and learned to play football in the junior departments of local amateur clubs. Then he played at SC Bregenz / AKA Vorarlberg in the 1st men. In 2007 he moved to Turkey and joined Sürmenespor . After a year he moved on to Karsspor .
From 2009 Sağlam played four years for the Central Anatolian club Konya Şekerspor .
For the 2013/14 season he moved to the third division Giresunspor . With this club he finished the season as a master of the TFF 2nd Lig and rose to the TFF 1st Lig . In the summer transfer period of 2016, he was signed by fourth division team Darıca Gençlerbirliği .
