The R-123 (Russian designation Р-123 ) is a military radio of Soviet design, which includes the device modifications R-123M, R-123MT and R-123Z. It was made at the Ryazan radio plant.

The radio was typically used in conjunction with the R-124 intercom in armored combat vehicles. The device was introduced in the early 1960s; the supply for the armed forces of the Warsaw Pact began in 1966. It was used in the National People's Army of the GDR until 1990. In the Finnish armed forces it was used under the designation LV-623.
