Ra Patera
The Ra Patera is a shield volcano on Jupiter's moon Io . Its lava flows are of different colors and can reach a length of 300 km. The active volcano was observed in March 1979 with the Voyager 1 space probe and in July 1979 with the Voyager 2 space probe .
