Radlberger Getränke is a family-owned Austrian company and manufacturer of beverages in PET bottles . The company, which was founded in 1988, is based in the St. Pölten district of Radlberg and is part of the Egger beverage group, its sister company is the Egger private brewery .
history
Radlberger Getränke started production on May 5th, 1988 at the Radlberg site. A second filling line was installed as early as 1990, and the warehouse was expanded in 1996. In 2006 a cold aseptic plant for filling still and carbonated products without preservatives was put into operation, in 2007 the warehouse was enlarged again. In 2012, the fully automated high-bay warehouse with 20,000 pallet spaces was put into operation. In 2013 the location celebrated its 25th anniversary. For 2016, investments in technical equipment amounting to 1.5 million euros are planned.
Products
Radlberger has an annual production capacity of 200 million disposable PET bottles in the containers 0.33 l, 0.5 l, 1 l, 1.5 l and 2 l. The current range includes: still and carbonated lemonades, juices, soda water, near water drinks, iced teas, energy drinks, isotonic drinks , children's drinks , organic products and wines. Radlberger produces its own brands as well as private labels and also works as a bottler for other companies. The company's best-known brands include Radlberger , Granny's Apple Juice , Black Jack Cola , Echt Holler and Tiroler Alm . The export share is around 20%, the export countries include Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Serbia, Denmark, Italy, Switzerland, Slovakia, China, Egypt, Bosnia, Sweden and the Netherlands.
