Radoi Popivanov

Radoi Petrow Popiwanow ( Bulgarian Радой Петров Попиванов ; born August 9, 1913 in Pleven , † April 26, 2010 in Sofia ) was a Bulgarian geneticist and minister.

Life

Popivanov was director of the Central Laboratory for General Genetics of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences from 1975 to 1976 . In his scientific work he dealt with issues of medical biology, genetics, immunology and immunogenetics . 1977 Popiwanow was Bulgarian Minister of Health as the successor to Angel Todorow .
