Rafael Barber Rodríguez (born October 2, 1980 in Aielo de Malferit , Valencia ) is a Spanish football player who plays for Deportivo Xerez in the Spanish Segunda División .
Player career
Rafael Barber began his career as a footballer in the Segunda División B , the third Spanish league at Ontinyent CF . He's a real late starter. From 2002 to 2005 he played for three years as a regular and a dangerous attacking man in Segunda B for UB Conquense . In the summer of 2005, at the age of 25, he played for the first time in professional football at Recreativo Huelva . After only a year Barber rose with his team in the Primera División . He stayed with Recreativo for five years - even after relegation in 2009 . In 2010 he moved to Deportivo Xerez within the Segunda División .
