Raiffeisenbank Rehling eG is a cooperative bank . The legal bases are the Banking Act (KWG), the Cooperative Society Act and the statutes issued by the General Assembly . The organs of the Raiffeisenbank are the management board , the supervisory board and the general assembly.

history

On March 23, 1906, the Rehling eGmuH loan association began its activities. In 1948 this was renamed the Raiffeisenkasse Rehling eGmuH and had 150 members. In the general assembly of 1972, the name was changed from Raiffeisenkasse to Raiffeisenbank Rehling eG. In 2003, it was decided to merge Raiffeisenbank Rehling eG with Raiffeisenbank Hollenbach eG. By resolution of the General Assembly on May 11, 2015, the goods business was outsourced to Raiffeisen-Agrar-Zentrum Lech-Paar GmbH & Co. KG, which has two locations in Rehling-Oberach and Hollenbach. The Raiffeisenbank is currently represented in Rehling and Hollenbach.
