Rainer Beck (politician)

Rainer Beck (born August 31, 1967 in Grabs ) is a Liechtenstein politician ( VU ).

biography

Beck completed a commercial apprenticeship and then worked at a Liechtenstein bank. From 1990 to 1995 he worked as a community treasurer in Planken . During this time Beck completed an extra-occupational course to become a specialist in finance and accounting, which he completed with a federal certificate . After working for several years as chief accountant in a large Liechtenstein industrial company, he was appointed head of the state treasury by the Liechtenstein government in 2000 .

In 2007 Beck was elected for the first time for the Fatherland Union as the community leader of Planken. He was re-elected in 2011 and 2015. In addition, he was elected Deputy Member of the State Parliament in February 2017 . As such, he is a member of the Finance Commission in the Landtag of the Principality of Liechtenstein .

Beck is married and has three children, a daughter and two sons.
