Rainer Eigendorff (born November 20, 1949 in Stendal ) is a German theater director .

Life

Eigendorff is the son of the German theater director and opera singer Hugo Eigendorff and the soprano Edith Kirmße. From 1979 to 1983 he studied at the Institute for Drama Directing at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Art in Berlin , where he graduated as a director .
