Rainer Endriss

Rainer Endriss (* 1945 in Baden-Baden ; † 2005 ) was a German lawyer.

Endriss was a lawyer and founded his law firm in Freiburg im Breisgau in 1975; He has been a specialist lawyer for criminal law since 1997. He has authored or co-authored a number of non-fiction books on legal subjects.

In 1984, before the European Court of Justice , Endriss succeeded in overturning the previous German practice of imposing duties and taxes on drug dealers.
