Rainier National Forest
The Rainier National Forest was established in Washington State on March 2, 1907 by renaming the Mount Rainier Forest Reserve . On October 13, 1933, the Rainier National Forest was split between Columbia , Snoqualmie, and Wenatchee National Forest . Its areas currently exist as parts of the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie , Wenatchee and Gifford Pinchot National Forests.
