Randy Pepper is an American amateur astronomer and asteroid explorer. He is co-founder of the Fort Bend Astronomy Club in Stafford in the US state of Texas .

As part of his observations, he discovered a total of 2 asteroids with his colleague William G. Dillon at the George Observatory in Needville in Texas between 1996 and 1997 .
