Rasim Haşmet (* 1880 in Thessaloniki ; † 1918 ) was a Turkish poet, writer and publisher.

He studied law, literature and philosophy. He has held professorship positions in Thessaloniki, Izmir, Istanbul and Konya in literature and philosophy. In 1911 his first book was published with the name "Müntahabat Okuyorum".

He was the father of the painter Haşmet Akal .
