With reality owner a person is called, which is owned by realities such as land , houses and other real estate is or was. The term was and is an honorable name, but largely extinct.

  • Heinrich Theodor Höch, an important real estate owner in Munich, was one of the financiers of the Volksgarten Nymphenburg
  • Johann Christoph Kees , was a builder, large magazine and forwarding agent in Graz
  • Johann Evangelist Altinger owned a coffee house and premises in Munich, and a hotel in Tegernsee . For the constituency of Munich he was a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Bavarian State Parliament from 1893 to 1899.
  • Josef Ursin (politician, 1822) , Reichsrat of Lower Austria, businessman and property owner, was elected mayor of Tulln three times.
  • As a private civil servant and property owner, Leopold Pongratz was a member of the Carinthian state parliament from 1890 to 1896.
