The Red Poll ( Red Hornless cattle ) is a breed of cattle from England in the UK . In the UK, the breed is listed as Endangered on the UK Rare Breeds Survival Trust's watch list .

It was created at the beginning of the 19th century when Norfolk Red and Suffolk Dun were crossed. Red Polls are hornless ( English : = polled polled), which also distinguishes Suffolk. Norfolks have horns; however, the polled gene is dominant.
