history
The predecessor company Blenheim was entered in the German commercial register on September 29, 1988. When Blenheim took over the PSI trade fair and the PSI Institute from its founder Walter Jung, today's trade fair portfolio was established. In 1990/1991 Equitana and FIBO were added.
In 1997, Blenheim merged with Miller Freeman, the trade fair subsidiary of the British media group United News & Media. Viscom was taken over and the ALUMINUM trade fair opened. In 1999, PRO SIGN expanded the portfolio, which has been organized under the viscom umbrella brand since 2007.
Reed Exhibitions took over the Miller Freeman Group in 2000. Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH has had its headquarters in the former Miller Freeman offices since then. The event portfolio has since expanded. Around 423,103 trade fair guests visit the organized events every year.
