Regan Agung is a village ( Desa ) in the sub-district ( Kecamatan ) Banyuasin III of the administrative district ( Kabupaten ) Banyuasin in the province of South Sumatra , Indonesia . It is located about 46 kilometers west of the city of Palembang and 10 kilometers north of the Musi River . In 2010 the administrative unit had 1,404 inhabitants.
