The building is located on the south side of Regentenstrasse in Eicken in a historical group of similar houses.
architecture
In the house there is an eave permanent , three-story, five-axis building with a cross- bay in the central shaft. The house, built around the turn of the century, forms an outstanding ensemble with houses 110 and 112. Together with the Art Nouveau house no. 110 and the neo-baroque house no. 112, this neoclassical house no. 108 forms a legible cross-section of historicizing building possibilities in a narrow space.
