The House Regent Street 111 is in the district Eicken in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built after 1900. It was entered under no. R 056 on May 17, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

The building is located on the north side of Regentenstrasse in Eicken in a historical group of similar houses.

architecture

The house is a three- story , three- axle building attached to the eaves . The house, built shortly after 1900, is one of the few surviving Art Nouveau facades not only on Regentenstrasse, but in Mönchengladbach in general.
