architecture
The house is a three-story, multi-axis , hipped roof house free-standing on three sides . The corner house adjoining the row development on Regentenstrasse was built in 1925 by the City of Mönchengladbach as a three-storey apartment building in the style of the 1920s that was customary at the time.
