Director performance

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Director's services are work that is necessary due to an unforeseen (not planned) development and is paid for according to the time required. Often this is z. B. the case with construction work.

In Austria , section 6.4 of ÖNORM B 2110 (edition: March 15, 2013) regulates the implementation of management services on construction sites. Management services may therefore only be carried out if they are ordered by the client . Circumstances that lead to additional payments (difficulties, overtime, etc.) must be mutually agreed between the client and the contractor before the service is started.

The contractor has to keep daily records of the management services and to transmit these to the client within one week for confirmation and recognition of the type and scope of the management services.

In Switzerland , remuneration for directing work is regulated in Art. 374 OR .
