Criminal science

The State Administration Teaching or Regiminalwissenschaft was taught in the 18th and 19th centuries. The teaching contained the institutions and principles for administration and their supervision or government of the state. She understood the financial administration or administration of the state budget and the internal state administration as to ensure the general welfare . Basically, it was divided into two disciplines:

• Political economics or finance

The doctrine of the institutions and principles governing the management, collection and use of the state budget.

• The police science

The doctrine of the institutions for the welfare (physical and spiritual) and security of the state.
