Ilmir Hazetdinov ( Russian Ильмир Ришатович Хазетдинов ; Tatar Илмир Ришат улы Хәзетдинов İlmir Rişat Uli Xäzetdinоv * 28 October 1991 in Ufa , Bashkir ASSR , USSR ) is a Russian ski jumper Tatar origin.

Career

Ilmir Chasetdinow made his international debut on January 13, 2008 with ninth place at an FIS Cup in Lauscha, Thuringia . At the end of November 2011, he started in the Continental Cup for the first time . In this competition class he took third place on March 17, 2013 in jumping at the end of the season in Nizhny Tagil and thus achieved his first international podium placement.

On March 4, 2012 he made his World Cup debut in Lahti, Finland . When jumping from the normal hill , Chasetdinow finished 40th. In his second appearance in the World Cup, he also missed the second run in ski flying in Harrachov with 51st place.

On March 28, 2013 Chasetdinow won gold at the Russian championships on the normal hill in Nizhny Tagil ahead of Dmitri Wassiljew and Denis Kornilow . In the competition on the large hill, he was fifth.

In the 2013 Summer Grand Prix , Chasetdinow was able to score points in the jumping competitions in Asia and thus reached 36th place in the overall ranking.

The 2014/15 season was the most successful so far for Chasetdinow, because in this he reached the finals of the 30 best jumpers six times and was 57th with 32 points in the overall World Cup at the end of the season.
