Regina Shotaro (born September 10, 1981 ) is a former Micronesian sprinter .
biography
Regina Shotaro was part of the Micronesian delegation at its Olympic premiere at the 2000 Summer Games . In the 100 meter race she was eliminated in her preliminary run. She was the first Micronesian athlete in Olympic history.
