Regional Four Day Competition 2009/10

The Regional Four Day Competition 2009/10 was the 44th season of the national first-class cricket - competition in the West Indies discharged and was on 8 January to 26 February, 2010. The winner of the competition was Jamaica .

format

The seven teams played in a group against each other team twice. There are 12 points for a win, 4 points for a defeat after the first innings, 6 points for a win after the first innings in a draw, 6 points for a defeat after the first innings in a draw, 6 points for a cancellation or no decision in the first innings 3 points. The leader of the table after the group stage is the winner of the competition.
