The Regional Four Day Competition 2013/14 was the 48th season of the national first-class cricket - competition in the West Indies played and was dated 28 February 2014 to 26 April 2016th The winner was Jamaica , which prevailed against the Windward Islands in the final .

format

The six teams played in a group against each other team twice. There are 12 points for a win, six for a draw, three for a draw and one point for a canceled game. In addition, there are bonus points for batting and bowling achievements in the first innings . Then the four first placed in the group stage played the tournament winner.
