The Regupol BSW GmbH (proper spelling Regupol BSW GmbH) is a medium-sized, family-owned industrial company headquartered in Bad Berleburg in North Rhine-Westphalia . The company was founded in 1954 as BSW Berleburger Schaumstoffwerk GmbH and renamed in August 2019 after the company's main product.

In 1954, the year it was founded, the company developed a wide range of composite foam products and the first office and administration building was erected in Bad Berleburg. In 1968 the material Regupol was developed, an elastic, versatile, heavy-duty material. Further products and product variants were developed from this material. In 2000 the first subsidiary was founded in Australia. In the following years, further subsidiaries and locations were added. Regupol was one of the first German companies to establish economic ties with today's Russia. In 1989 the first joint venture for production in the USA began. In 2002 the material REGUFOAM was developed. The company signed an advertising contract with Usain Bolt , who ran the 100 m with a world record time of 9.58 seconds on a Regupol tartan track at the 2009 World Athletics Championships in Berlin's Olympic Stadium . In addition to the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the industrial company from Bad Berleburg also relocated its products to the Olympiastadion Berlin , the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, the Holocaust memorial in Berlin, the National Stadium in Jamaica and the Shijingshan Cultural Center in China.
