The Rehhof is a former homestead in the area of ​​the municipality of Wutha-Farnroda in the Wartburg district in Thuringia .

The Rehhof was located between Wutha and Schönau on the northern slope of the Rehberg , directly on the federal road 7, which has now become a state road .

history

Landgrave Friedrich II donated the Rehhof to the Nikolaikloster Eisenach in 1325 . Rehhof later belonged to the municipality of Eichrodt and merged with this into the municipality of Wutha . Today the area is part of an industrial park. The name Rehhof has been preserved as the street name and the name of an inn ( Rehhofstübchen ).
